over 100 years to 1894. Since its inception, we have

days-a-year guest service.

A complete menu of services,
including: theater and sporting event tickets, sightseeing
tours, airport transportation, private luxury limousine
services, restaurant reservations, and almost any
other service in demand by business and vacation travelers.
Our hotel & theater packages
are well known for their uniqueness and value. CGS
Packages can be customized for any occasion, and can
be as simple as dinner with a Broadway show to a multiple-day
stay complete with hotel accommodations, theater tickets,
dining, sightseeing, and luxury transportation.

Sign. We are available to the public 365 days-a-year,
ready to serve our customers' needs.
We currently maintain a staff of 160 people -- 50 main office staff and 110 agents located
at our 33 remote hotel lobby desks throughout New York.

Our experienced specialists are at your disposal
from Monday to Saturday, 8AM-8PM EST, and Sunday
9AM-6PM. During the months of November and December

Do
they offer good seats, and are they willing
to share seat locations before you purchase
tickets through them?
CGS
can furnish tickets to just about everything
in New York -- either in advance or up until
the day of the performance. Since we have access
to so many high-quality tickets, customers have
close to a 100% chance of having their requests
filled for any of the top hit shows. Moreover,
a CGS
ticket representative will be more than happy
to share with you where you will be seated at
a particular venue before you purchase the tickets.

Do
they allow cancellations?
For a minimal fee, CGS
accepts cancellations and exchanges up to 24-hours
prior to curtain time. Given our large reserve
of tickets, and our numerous locations throughout
New York, customers stand an excellent chance
of having their tickets re-sold, even within
the 24-hour time frame. |
